The symbol representing Autism is a jigsaw puzzle. Autism is considered a complex and puzzling condition.
Connections Jigsaw Puzzles for Healing were created to help people figure out this puzzle we call life. Now, we're helping to put the pieces together for individuals and families living with Autism.
Connections Jigsaw Puzzles for Healing has launched The Autism Puzzle Project to help do just that. We're creating a special line of jigsaw puzzles featuring art by Autistic adults and children and so we're currently seeking Autistic artists who would like to lend their art to this special project.
These special jigsaw puzzles will be used to raise awareness of Autism and to raise funds to help families dealing with Autism obtain care, treatment and support. Additionally, each puzzle sold will generate a royalty to the respective artist.
These unique jigsaw puzzles will provide:
~ A chance for Autistic individuals, some of whom may not be able to work, to receive an income and gain confidence and independence
~ An avenue for Autistic artists to share their work and gain exposure, leading to further opportunities
~ A fun and beautiful way to increase awareness of Autism and educate the general public
~ A meaningful way to raise funds to support Autistic individuals and their families

The Autism Puzzle Project is a great opportunity for Autistic adults and children to share their special gifts of art with the world and to participate in building a better future for themselves and other Autistic individuals!
