We want you to love our puzzles as much as you love working with us. We take great care in providing a quality product that you will enjoy.
If you receive your puzzle(s) and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know within 30 days and we’ll do our best to make you happy. If we’re unable to, you may ship your item(s) back to us for a refund of your original purchase price. Please note the following in regards to our return policy:
- Puzzle(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Puzzle(s) must be in the same condition as was/were received in order to receive full credit.
- Any returned puzzle(s) must be a accompanied by an RMR# (Returned Merchandise Request Number). Please contact our office either via email, fax or phone to receive your RMR# and be sure to include your RMR# with your return shipment.
- Any puzzle(s) that are being returned for exchange must be accompanied by an EMR# (Exchange Merchandise Request Number). Please contact our office either via email, fax or phone to receive your EMR# and be sure to include your EMR# with your return shipment.
- We recommend that you fully insure any puzzle(s) that you return for your own protection.
- All puzzle(s) will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was received.
- Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns/Exchanges Disclosure : Books ordered directly from Amazon.com and/or their affiliates must be returned/exchanged directly with Amazon.com and/or it’s affiliates. Art Prints ordered direct from the respective artists must be returned/exchanged directly with the respective artist. Connections Puzzles makes no representation as to the policy of these entities regarding returns and exchanges. We urge you to learn about the return/exchange policy of these parties prior to placing your order with them.
Online Ordering
All online purchases are handled securely and payments are processed by PayPal, the global leader in online payments. In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order and payment. Orders placed after 12 PM HST on Fridays are generally shipped the following Monday. If you are not comfortable placing an order online, we also offer phone ordering and order by fax.
Phone and Fax Ordering
Placing your phone or fax order is easy.

- Once you have called/faxed in your order, Connections will provide you with your invoice via fax or mail (according to your request).
- Payment is expected within 7 days of order placement. Acceptable forms of payment are via paypal or via check or money order made payable to Connections Puzzles. Please make sure payment is drawn up on U.S. funds. Please mail payment to:

- Any returned check is subject to a $30 return check fee.
Phone/Fax Order Disclosure : Orders that are paid by check are subject to delay to allow time for checks to clear. Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear. Orders paid by money order will normally be shipped the same day we receive them. Please be sure to have checks and money orders drawn up on U.S. funds. We do not accept currency other than US currency. Because there may be a time lag between when the order is placed and when the payment is cleared in our account, items that were in stock at the time of order placement, may become unavailable when time comes to ship the order. Should this happen, we will notify you and will ship your item as soon as it becomes available again. Should you place an order for books and/or art prints via mail or fax, these orders will be passed on to the appropriate party for processing (Amazon.com and/or its affiliates and/or the individual artists) We urge you to learn about the order fulfillment policy of these parties prior to placing your order.
We have selected USPS shipping as our shipping service provider. We have found it to be the most economical, reliable and best value for shipping. All puzzle orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
- Within the U.S. , please allow three to five business days* for delivery from the day we ship.
- Outside the U.S. , please allow anywhere from seven to twenty-one days*.
* Shipping times are reliable estimates, however, are not guaranteed by the United States Postal Service.
Shipping Disclosure : Because our warehouse is located in Maui , Hawaii , ground shipping options are not available. Should you wish to rush your delivery, please feel free to contact us before or immediately after placing your order. Because we try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, any request for rush delivery received more than 12 hours after receipt of your order may not be possible as your item may already have been shipped. Books are shipped directly from Amazon.com and/or their affiliates. Art Prints are shipped direct from the respective artists. Please inquire direct with these parties regarding their individual shipping policies.
Because we try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, please follow the below procedure for cancellation.
- Please contact us immediately upon your decision to cancel
- We will respond within 24 hours to let you know whether or not your item has already shipped.
- If your item has not already shipped, your order will be cancelled and your purchase amount refunded within 48 hours minus a 3% restocking fee.
- If your item has already shipped, simply return the merchandise upon receipt and upon our receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued minus the shipping charges and minus the 3% restocking fee.
Cancellation Disclosure : Because books and art print orders are placed with Amazon.com, their affiliates and/or individual artists, book orders and/or print orders must be cancelled directly with Amazon.com and/or the respective artist.
